Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Passwords Manager software and related services offered by TFH Technologies (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The apps

We offer PM Lite, PM Pro, and PM Max. PM Lite and PM Pro are offline-only with no online account. PM Max is a subscription app with optional encrypted Google Drive sync. See Subscription Terms for billing details.

PM Max accounts & cloud sync

PM Max supports online accounts with email/password, Google sign-in, or Sign in with Apple (additional sign-in methods may be added). Optional Google Drive stores encrypted backup (PM-MAX.txt in your app data folder). Cloud sync requires an active subscription. Additional cloud providers may be added over time; only Google Drive is available today.

When you connect Google Drive, the app only accesses the encrypted backup file it creates. We do not operate a centralized vault service or store decrypted secrets on our servers. See our Privacy Policy and Account Deletion page for data practices.

Sync payloads are encrypted on your device before upload. iCloud, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box are planned but not available yet.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for your master password or pattern, device security, and the security of any connected cloud account. You must use the app lawfully and not attempt to interfere with or misuse the service or third-party APIs.

Disclaimer and limitation

The software is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for losses arising from loss of data if you lose credentials, revoke cloud access, or misconfigure backup/sync. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
